    SECCI\u00d3N 15 – DIVISIBILIDAD<\/strong><\/p>

    El plazo de desistimiento expirar\u00e1 a los 14 d\u00edas naturales del d\u00eda que t\u00fa o un tercero indicado por ti, distinto del transportista, adquiri\u00f3 la posesi\u00f3n material de los bienes. Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que la comunicaci\u00f3n relativa al ejercicio por tu parte de este derecho sea enviada antes de que venza el plazo. En todo caso, la carga de la prueba del ejercicio de este derecho recaer\u00e1 en el Cliente.<\/p>

    Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deber\u00e1s notificarnos a SURCO HAUS, en la direcci\u00f3n: Av. De Las Encinas 17, San Sebastian de los Reyes, 28707, Madrid, Spain o escribi\u00e9ndonos al correo electr\u00f3nico info@surcohaus.com o a trav\u00e9s de nuestro formulario de contacto, tu decisi\u00f3n de desistir del contrato mediante una declaraci\u00f3n inequ\u00edvoca (por ejemplo, una carta enviada por correo postal o electr\u00f3nico). Puedes utilizar el modelo de formulario de desistimiento que se adjunta a estas condiciones, aunque su uso no es obligatorio.<\/p>

    En caso de desistimiento por tu parte, te reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos de ti, incluidos los gastos de entrega a la direcci\u00f3n de entrega indicada, sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a m\u00e1s tardar 14 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la fecha en la que se nos informe de tu decisi\u00f3n de desistir del presente contrato. De Las Encinas 17, San Sebastian de los Reyes, 28707, Madrid, Spain, sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a m\u00e1s tardar en el plazo de 14 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la fecha en que nos comuniques tu decisi\u00f3n de desistimiento del contrato. Se considerar\u00e1 cumplido el plazo si efect\u00faas la devoluci\u00f3n de los bienes antes de que haya concluido dicho plazo.<\/p>

    Deber\u00e1s asumir el coste directo de devoluci\u00f3n de los bienes. Solo ser\u00e1s responsable de la disminuci\u00f3n de valor de los bienes resultante de una manipulaci\u00f3n distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las caracter\u00edsticas y el funcionamiento de los bienes.<\/p>

    Solo ser\u00e1s responsable por la disminuci\u00f3n del valor de los bienes resultante de un manejo que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo necesario para establecer la naturaleza, caracter\u00edsticas y funcionamiento de los bienes.<\/p>

    No tendr\u00e1s derecho a desistir del contrato cuyo objeto sea el suministro de cualquiera de los siguientes productos:<\/p>

    1. Art\u00edculos personalizados<\/li>
    2. Art\u00edculos sellados que no sean aptos para su devoluci\u00f3n por motivos de salud o higiene y que hayan sido desprecintados despu\u00e9s de la entrega.<\/li><\/ol>

      Tu derecho a desistir del contrato solo se aplicar\u00e1 a aquellos productos que se devuelvan en el mismo estado en que los recibiste. No se realizar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso si el producto ha sido utilizado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su simple apertura, si los productos no est\u00e1n en el mismo estado que cuando fueron entregados o si han sufrido alg\u00fan da\u00f1o, por lo que debes tener cuidado con el(los) producto(s) mientras est\u00e9n en tu posesi\u00f3n. Por favor, devuelve el art\u00edculo utilizando o incluyendo todo su embalaje original, instrucciones y cualquier otro documento que pueda acompa\u00f1arlo.
