We pride ourselves on providing high quality service, and ensuring you are happy with your order.\u00a0 With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below.<\/p>

We accept returns\/exchanges within 14 days from\u00a0after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns,\u00a0the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and \/ or return.<\/strong><\/p>

Before closing the return package, please\u00a0 include a\u00a0 piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the parcel so we can identify it. Please keep in mind that if the item you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund instead.<\/u>\u00a0Please send us an email to info@surcohaus.com<\/a> with \u00a0your\u00a0order number (it can be found in your order confirmation email and looks something like this #00000) and contact information and we will contact you shortly to help you with the return\/ exchange.<\/span><\/p>

The term for the refund \/ exchange can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the\u00a0refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.<\/p>

Returns must be sent in the same state in which they are received. Inside the original packaging and the order number. If the garments are received in poor condition, the refund will not be made. We will be very strict with the state of the garments (makeup stains, aromas, etc.).<\/p>

The parcel must have customs paid for, we will deduct from your refund any additional customs fees the parcel may have upon arrival.<\/u><\/p>

Once the quality control has been passed, we will\u00a0process the refund \/ exchange of the returned product.<\/p>

We do not accept returns or exchanges of our\u00a0 items sold in sample sales.<\/strong><\/p>

Aceptamos devoluciones \/ cambios dentro de los 14 d\u00edas posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n de su pedido. Desafortunadamente, no podemos ofrecer devoluciones gratuitas, el cliente ser\u00e1 responsable del costo de env\u00edo para el cambio y \/ o devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Antes de cerrar el paquete de devoluci\u00f3n, incluya un trozo de papel con su n\u00famero de pedido y su nombre dentro del paquete para que podamos identificarlo. Tenga en cuenta que si el art\u00edculo que desea cambiar ya no est\u00e1 en stock, le daremos un reembolso en su lugar.<\/p>

Env\u00edenos un correo electr\u00f3nico a info@surcohaus.com con su n\u00famero de pedido (que se puede encontrar en su correo electr\u00f3nico de confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido y se parece a esto #00000) e informaci\u00f3n de contacto y nos pondremos en contacto con usted en breve para ayudarlo con la devoluci\u00f3n \/ cambio.<\/p>

El plazo para el reembolso \/ cambio puede variar entre 3 y 12 d\u00edas laborables desde que recibimos su devoluci\u00f3n en nuestros almacenes. Tan pronto como verifiquemos el estado de los art\u00edculos devueltos, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para informarle. Recuerde que el reembolso se realizar\u00e1 en el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado en la compra.<\/p>

Las devoluciones deben enviarse en el mismo estado en que se recibieron. Dentro del embalaje original y con el n\u00famero de pedido. Si las prendas se reciben en mal estado, no se realizar\u00e1 el reembolso. Seremos muy estrictos con el estado de las prendas (manchas de maquillaje, aromas, etc.). El paquete debe tener los impuestos pagados, deduciremos de su reembolso cualquier tarifa de aduana adicional que el paquete pueda tener a su llegada.<\/p>

Una vez que se haya pasado el control de calidad, procesaremos el reembolso \/ cambio del producto devuelto.<\/p>

No aceptamos devoluciones o cambios de nuestros art\u00edculos vendidos en ventas de muestra.<\/p>
