We’re thrilled to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Spain. For orders to the UK and Europe, shipping costs will be determined by the carrier after purchase and we’ll inform you of the shipping costs before proceeding with your order. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible shipping options, tailored to your needs.
Deliveries are curb-side for all shipments. If you require in-home delivery, feel free to reach out to us to make arrangements; please be aware that this service incurs an additional cost, which will be determined by the shipping company and is at the expense of the customer.
All orders begin to be prepared when the payment is confirmed. All orders are sent from our warehouse located in Spain, you will receive an email with the tracking of your order.
Our handling time for products in stock is 3 to 4 business days. This means that your order will generally be shipped within this period. For products on backorder the time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing time during Black Friday, Christmas, or collection releases due to increased workload.
Make sure all the data submitted is correct when placing an order; We are not responsible for incorrect / incomplete information, such as name, shipping or billing addresses, postal code, telephone number, etc.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties. All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
